Once your booking is finalized and your deposit is paid you will be sent a confirmation. We know you are excited (we are too) but due to the exclusive nature of our service we cannot guarantee our availability until your booking is confirmed. My family and I booked Cleaver & Clove for a dinner for six adults with less than two hours notice. She was so gracious to allow us to book at the last minute. Without hesitation she immediately made her way to grab provisions and crafted an incredible three course meal. She totally saved the night for us with our daughter who is a student at UA. Chef even got us in on the action allowing us to learn a few tips from her and be a bit "hands on". We will never wait in long resturants lines again! Each time we are in town we will plan to book Cleaver & Clove for a private meal. Our food was out of this world. Better than any restaurant in Tuscaloosa with the added bonus of a reservation and NO crowds!
